Description:
Adrian has over fifteen years experience in the local dive industry
and a lifetime's experience on boats, both in Australia and overseas.
Over the years he has gained a huge amount of local knowledge
of Jervis Bay both above and below the water through civilian contract
work with the CSIRO and Defense as well as through the dive industry.
This has included thousands of dives in and around Jervis Bay and
extensive experience offshore.
Annie has worked with Adrian operating Jervis Bay Charters since February
1994.
Both Adrian and Annie have assisted in a number of underwater documentaries,
including Port Jackson Sharks, Angel Sharks and Cuttlefish in Jervis
Bay, Great White Sharks in South Africa and Barracuda in Papua New
Guinea. |

Description:
Dolphin Watch Cruises - Jervis Bay conducts the largest dolphin and
whale watching cruising operations on Jervis Bay. Dolphin Watch
Cruises is the original cruising company of Jervis Bay and has
been conducting cruises for over 15 years.
We have conducted over 5,500 dolphin watching and whale watching
cruises, with over 350,000 satisfied customers.
Dolphin Watch Cruises is a 5 times NSW Tourism Award Winner and a
12 times South Coast Region Tourism award winner having recently
been awarded the prize for best tour operator in the South Coast
Region for 2005. |
Cinema in Huskisson

Description:
The building was constructed in 1913 by the Dent family (local ship
builders) as a community hall for their employees.
Movies have been screened here since the early 50's.
In August 1990, the hall underwent major renovations to make the building
into a permanent cinema.
Huskisson Pictures opens every day (except Christmas Day) showing
the latest releases and has a modest price structure of $7.00 before
6pm and $8.00 from 6pm for everyone. |
Museum

Description:
There are three galleries within our museum. • The Lady
Denman Museum Gallery concentrates on the history of Jervis Bay and
district as well as local Koori history. • The Surveyors
Gallery showcases an important collection of surveying equipment from
the 1700s to the recent past. • Finally there is the Jervis
Bay Museum of Science and the Sea Gallery which houses a collection
of intriguing, evocative and unique objects. It also contains historical
maritime paintings, prints and watercolours with particular emphasis
on the Jervis Bay area. |
